Craigslist Masterpiece Theater: Mover's Assistant

CLMT ep. 7 -- Mover's Assistant Needed from scratchframe on Vimeo.

The Younger Statesmen recently appeared in an episode of Scratch Frame's Craigslist Masterpiece Theater series! The concept is simple yet brilliant:
Craigslist Masterpiece Theatre™ is a new web series by scratchframe.
Every episode is based on a real ad from CL.

Here is the original ad for Mover's Assistant Needed:

I'm a foreman with a Major Local Moving company and would like to find a responsible strong English speaking co worker. Experience is helpful but not required. The pay is OK and the crew is professional and easy going. English fluency is a must.
Check out the other episodes here. Thanks to director Eric Stolze for thinking of us.

This Thursday: Hemp Con video!

This Thursday (4/15) at the Improv Space, we're changing things up by screening a new video of our visit to Hemp Con. It was a weird one.

We won't be posting this one on our YouTube channel, so come see it before it disappears in a puff of magic dragons.

RSVP to the show via Facebook.

Enormous thanks to Erik Anderson for editing, Dane Deaner for filming, and Jamie Peterson for buying that Vampirella comic book and leaving it at our apartment.

"Spotlight" on the Statesmen

It was a big day for the Younger Statesmen: we were featured as a "Spotlight" video in the comedy section of YouTube! (We like you too, Mark Day).
Thanks to that, and the plug from our very own Danny Tieger and the ever-lovely Julia Nunes, we were ranked # 37 in most comedy subscriptions this month. I'm not really sure what that means, but I think it's cool, right?
And in case you haven't seen it already, Danny and Nunes make beautiful music together.
